(Note: this blog has been updated with more images from my modded version of Skyrim. Well, that's about all I have for you guys and girls at the moment. The choices you can make, and the things you can do are endless! Your system specs do need to be considered, as these mods do make the game quite demanding.Ī lot of you have already played this game, and it is those of you who have that will agree with me when I say that this game is fun! A lot of hours from your real life will be lost because of this game. The most important ones are the lighting and lush trees/grass mods. Something to note: all these mods are compatible with each other and the HD DLC available from Steam. This game is amazing, and it's made better by mods. Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE): (Note: some mods will not work without this script extender.) WATER - Water And Terrain Enhancement Redux: As you can probably tell, I have modded this game quite a lot. Yep, this image doesn't do the graphics justice either.

So, surprised by those results? Thought I would have better fps? Well, before I tell you why, just look at this image: (Note: sorry for no images of my settings, but I had some issues with the image size and decided it was best this way.) Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 16:9 Widescreen aspect ratio GPU: AMD Radeon HD7870 GigaByte OC Edition This time, I would like to share with you some benchmarks and mods from the popular RPG, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Hello everyone! Some of you may know that I recently returned from a holiday on the beach, and how refreshing it was! So I'm back, and with more benchmarks for you guys. I don't feel it covers EVERYTHING, the main thing is that Serious has more bump mapped stuff than SRO, and portrays the biggest objects, while SRO goes for smaller, and 2kHD goes for even smaller.Written by: scottyjay - 05:43 Oct-03-2013 So for someone sticking to vanilla until RL v4 comes out, would you recommend SRO/Serious? And has anyone had any experience with insanity? Serious/SRO have textures that jump out at you more even in the desaturated vanilla skyrim because everything is bump mapped and the textures are shiny and portray large objects, rather than hundreds of small ones.

Skyrim 2k HD is by far the most realistic of the bunch, and looks great under ENB, but I think it looks really bad under vanilla color balance. I've been using 2k HD for the longest time since I didn't know there were any other texture mods, and barely ever noticed the textures. Anyone know the pros and cons of each? I think, landscape-wise, Serious looks very similar to Realistic Overhaul, and is slightly more true to vanilla.
